Shipping policy

By placing an order through this Website you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. While we try to maintain accurate stock counts, discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available items and contact you regarding backorders or refunds.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. This will be the final shipping price charged.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments are delivered within 4–7 days.
3.2 Transit Time Internationally
International shipments are delivered within 7–22 days depending on the courier selected.
3.3 Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 09 PM - CDT (UTC-05) are dispatched the same day; otherwise next business day. Warehouse operates Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
3.4 Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can be made before dispatch.
3.5 Items Out of Stock
In-stock items are shipped immediately; remaining items will be shipped once available.
3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery exceeds estimated time, please contact us.
4. Tracking Notifications
Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch.
5. Parcels Damaged in Transit
- Reject damaged parcels if possible and inform us
- If already delivered, contact customer service
6. Duties & Taxes
6.1 Sales Tax
Prices are inclusive of GST.
6.2 Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur duties/taxes. If refused, the order will be returned at customer's expense. Refunds exclude shipping charges.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, refer to refund policy.
8. Insurance
8.1 Damaged Parcels
Refund/replacement processed after courier investigation.
8.2 Lost Parcels
Refund/replacement issued once confirmed lost.
